What is the pricing for the units?
Currently, our studios start at $955, one bedrooms start at $1,210, two bedrooms start at $1,420, two bedrooms with den start at $1,625 and our three bedrooms start at $2,105. Please call for pricing as these rates are subject to change. Our telephone number is (414) 231-8810.

Are utilities included in the monthly rental rate?
No, utilities are not included in the monthly rental rate. All utilities are paid by the resident directly to the utility provider.

Is parking included?
There is free parking available to all residents. We also have heated, reserved parking available at an additional cost.

How much is the security deposit?
The minimum deposit required is $600. Additional deposits may be required based on credit/income/resident history.

What are the lease terms for Bayshore Place Apartments?
We prefer 12 months, but will except a minimum of 3 months with restrictions.

Are pets allowed at Bayshore Place Apartments?
Cats are welcome with restrictions.

Is storage available?
Yes, at an additional cost.

What appliances and fixtures are provided in the units?
Our units come fully equipped with window coverings, washer and dryer in the unit, garbage disposal, and stainless steel appliances including frost free refrigerator with ice-maker, stove, microwave, and dishwasher.

When are units available for showing?
Our hours are Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Saturday 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. We are closed Sundays.
